Employment Attorney
Full-service, midsize firm with a strong management-side employment and litigation practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join their team in Portland, OR. This is a hybrid remote role.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handle employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings.
- Take and defend depositions and support oral argument preparation.
- Respond to state and federal administrative charges on behalf of employers.
- Advise employers and HR professionals on workplace compliance issues.
- Draft, revise, and update employer policies and employee handbooks.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $185,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, with medical and dental premiums 100% employer paid; life insurance; short- and long-term disability coverage; Healthcare and Dependent Care FSAs; paid time off; paid parking; and participation in a 401(k) after one year with a profit share.

- 3+ years of employment litigation experience.
- Active Oregon bar admission preferred; Washington admission is a plus or willingness to obtain licensure.
