HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, visitors, and contractors while managing sign-in procedures and maintaining an organized front-desk experience for HR.
• Keep the HR reception and common areas organized, stocked, and ready for daily use, including forms, refreshments, and office materials.
• Administer badge-related activities for employees, vendors, and contractors, ensuring required certifications and records are current.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics by preparing orientation materials, organizing binders, arranging lunches, and setting up weekly sessions.
• Maintain accurate HR records by scanning, uploading, filing, and organizing personnel documents within company systems and physical files.
• Monitor training and onboarding paperwork to ensure forms are completed, tracked, and retained properly.
• Post employment opportunities and internal announcements across physical boards and digital channels as needed.
• Handle incoming and returned mail, support employee recognition efforts, and assist with additional HR projects and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a closely related administrative support role.• Familiarity with onboarding activities, screening processes, and maintaining confidential employee records.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and document management systems used for employee information and recordkeeping.
• Understanding of HR compliance practices and the importance of accuracy when handling personnel documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records.
• Comfortable interacting with employees and visitors in a detail-focused, service-oriented manner.
• Ability to work independently, make sound day-to-day decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Compensation
