Sr. Field Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Partner with regional leadership to provide financial guidance that supports market strategy and day-to-day decision-making.
• Evaluate profit and loss results through recurring business reviews, highlighting branch performance, cost drivers, and efficiency trends.
• Interpret financial and operational data to uncover risks, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actions that improve results.
• Create and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI and similar tools to give stakeholders clear visibility into key performance indicators.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities by building data-informed models and incorporating local business assumptions.
• Analyze forecast-to-actual results, explain material variances, and propose corrective steps based on underlying causes.
• Work with operations leaders to connect financial targets with execution plans and market priorities.
• Participate in operational and executive review meetings, offering financial perspective on performance and improvement initiatives.
• Perform detailed branch-level analyses and develop recommendations to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Prepare business cases and financial models for expansion efforts, including new locations and added service offerings.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in financial analysis within a field-based, regional, or operationally focused environment.• Strong capability in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other reporting or analytics platforms used to visualize performance data.
• Ability to mine, organize, and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions.
• Skilled at translating financial findings into clear recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
• Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams such as operations, recruiting, business development, and clinical support.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong overall business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to leadership teams.
