Description
Reception of patient specimens. |
Required preparation processes for specimen examination. |
Maintenance of histology laboratory area, including equipment cleaning as indicated. |
Knowledge and adherence of all department and facility policies and procedures. |
Accurate and timely documentation. |
Monitoring of inventory. |
Assisting Pathologist within the scope of practice for Histology Technician role/s. |
Performance of other duties as necessary or assigned. |
