Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer, contract, and order-related information to identify inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Review existing workflows and business practices to recommend more effective and efficient ways of managing master data and contract administration activities.
• Partner with finance, operations, and technical teams to clarify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Conduct gap assessments between current processes and desired business outcomes, then help prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Document business rules, process flows, findings, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner for stakeholders and project teams.
• Support Agile team activities by contributing to requirement discussions, backlog refinement, and validation of completed work.
• Investigate data issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency across business records.
• Assist with customer and service-related inquiries when detailed document review or issue analysis is needed to support resolution.
• Provide high-level analytical support to leadership by evaluating historical processes and identifying risks, controls, and improvement areas.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business analysis within a complex operational environment.• Strong ability to review documents, interpret business information, and identify data or process issues.
• Experience working with customer, order, contract, or master data in a business setting.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience supporting cross-functional delivery teams.
• Demonstrated skill in performing gap analysis and translating findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, including management-level audiences.
• Familiarity with finance-related processes or contract administration is strongly preferred.
