Human Resources (HR) Manager
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for designated business units, ensuring alignment between people strategies and organizational goals.
• Provide strategic HR leadership for diverse, multi-location teams, addressing key areas like performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Act as the main escalation point for employee relations matters, offering guidance on policies, programs, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations issues, including performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution.
• Offer proactive coaching and counsel to leaders, ensuring effective decision-making and consistent application of HR policies.
• Lead investigations into employee relations concerns, assessing risks and determining appropriate actions in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational initiatives such as succession planning, change management, and leadership development.
• Drive team effectiveness by implementing strategies that enhance collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Support HR systems and processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational HR standards while balancing employee experience and business needs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR management, including employee relations and policy implementation.• Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, such as onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS.
• Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies for workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on team effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
• Familiarity with change management and proactive risk mitigation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
Compensation
