FP&A Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain financial models to support cash flow forecasting and strategic planning.
• Utilize Power BI and Excel to analyze complex financial data and create actionable reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve financial processes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements to identify trends and variances.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities to align with organizational goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to business analysis efforts by evaluating systems and data flow.
• Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders based on financial findings.
• Monitor compliance with financial regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial metrics.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel functions.• Previous experience in financial planning and analysis (FP& A).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Familiarity with financial statements and cash flow modeling.
• Knowledge of business systems and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, such as the Bank Secrecy Act, is a plus.
