3rd Shift Warehouse Administrative Coordinator
Robert Half is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Administrative Coordinator on behalf of a manufacturing client to support overnight warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring strong administrative experience within a warehouse or shipping office environment. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly and requires strong focus, timeliness, and reliability.
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Sunday night – Thursday night | 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Overtime: May be required
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Handle Bill of Lading (BOL) processing and shipping documentation
- Support quality audits and assist with inventory troubleshooting
- Serve as customer service support for warehouse and production teams
- Operate at the driver window, manage will-call requests, and create customs documentation
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Provide administrative backup across department functions during peak or lull periods
Additional Information
- Metatarsal safety boots are required on day one
- Position requires being on your feet for the majority of the shift
- Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 2-year degree plus 3–4 years of related administrative experience strongly preferred
- Prior administrative experience is required
- Familiarity with shipping materials, DOT regulations, and inventory systems
- Experience with AS400, SAP EWM, or similar inventory systems is highly beneficial
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service mindset
- Ability to stay focused and productive for extended periods
- Self-motivated and willing to assist coworkers as needed
Compensation
