Litigation Attorney

Our client, a boutique Probate Law Firm located in Cherry Creek is looking for a 3 plus years Litigation Attorney to support their busy Probate and Elder Law practice. This position will involve research, writing, client contact, court appearances, trial preparation, and case management from start through trial or settlement. Litigation or Probate experience is required for this position. To qualify, all candidates should have graduated in the top 30% of their class at law school and should be licensed to practice in the State of Colorado. Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience handling litigation matters in a law firm or comparable legal environment.
• Demonstrated background in civil litigation, including motion practice and case strategy development.
• Strong experience drafting briefs, motions, and other formal legal documents.
• Working knowledge of discovery processes, including propounding, responding to, and reviewing discovery.
• Familiarity with probate law and the ability to support or manage related matters.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal advocacy skills.

Compensation

$110,000.00-$140,000.00 Yearly
