Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our client's team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will drive the recruitment process, build meaningful relationships within the community, and attract top-tier talent to join their organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to execute a comprehensive recruiting plan to meet hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including leveraging referrals, advertising, career fairs, and social media.
• Build strong relationships within the community by participating in local organizations, clubs, and events to promote the company’s career opportunities.
• Create and execute a detailed recruiting plan designed to achieve activity and permanent hiring goals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through every step of the recruitment and selection process.
• Identify opportunities to improve the selection process and ensure it remains consistent and efficient.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with other recruiters to share leads, strategies, and best practices.
• Develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies to enhance recruitment efforts and visibility.
• Provide leadership and accountability in overseeing pre-contract training for selected candidates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field; experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence individuals effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related software.
• Active involvement in community organizations or a strong personal network is highly desirable.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
Compensation
$55,000.00-$80,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
