Accounting Administration
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization in the Sharonville area. This role combines accounting support, administrative coordination, and facilities-related responsibilities, making it ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Post payments and deposits while maintaining proper documentation and separation of duties
- Perform high-volume data entry of accounting and inventory-related information
- Manage supply inventory, including purchasing and distribution across multiple locations (BA and EV)
- Issue purchase orders to maintenance staff and track related expenses
- Coordinate and document routine inspections (fire, security, health, etc.)
- Serve as a point of contact by assisting with incoming calls, visitors, and tenant requests
- Support tenants by coordinating repairs and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with payment posting, reconciliations, or inventory tracking preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage both financial and operational responsibilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
