Office Svcs Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized filing, mailing, and database records to support efficient day-to-day office operations.
• Prepare, sort, copy, and file business documents and related records with a high level of accuracy.
• Review files and administrative documents to gather information and provide timely responses to internal requests.
• Address routine questions and concerns from colleagues, clients, and supervisors in a thorough and courteous manner.
• Interpret written instructions, short correspondence, and internal notes to complete assigned work correctly.
• Follow established office procedures to resolve straightforward administrative issues with consistency and attention to detail.
• Produce assigned deliverables by adhering to defined processes under close guidance and supervision.
• Support general office coordination tasks that help maintain smooth workflow across the business function.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with up to 2 years of related office or administrative experience.• Ability to follow standard work routines, policies, and procedural guidelines consistently.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to share straightforward information effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, detail-focused approach to completing tasks.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to work with simple calculations such as percentages.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be eligible to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
Compensation
