Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
• Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement.
• Oversee digital campaigns, including funnel optimization and performance analysis.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve marketing outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
• Drive brand expansion efforts across multiple states, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive in a regulated market.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.• Proven expertise in digital marketing, B2B strategies, and brand awareness.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated success in scaling brands across geographic regions.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies.
• Ability to manage external agencies and align them with company goals.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative and analytical approaches.
• Regulated industry experience is highly preferred.
Compensation
