Executive Assistant
On Behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to senior leadership in the C Suite near Mundelein, Illinois. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing shifting priorities, coordinating complex logistics, and keeping executive operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000
Monday-Friday Onsite
8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
• Direct the executive’s schedule by organizing meetings
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans
• Coordinate executive meetings room setup, catering, materials, and post meeting follow-up
• Develop agendas, presentation materials, and briefing documents
• Partner with corporate leaders and executive offices
• Manage expense submissions
• Review team expense reports for accuracy
• Lead the planning and execution of internal gatherings and customer-facing events
• Provide confidential administrative support on sensitive matters and assist with special projects
Qualifications:
• 8+ years experience supporting C Suite Executives
• Strong calendar management skills with the ability to balance competing demands and respond quickly to changes.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements, including multi-stop domestic and international itineraries.
• Experience preparing meeting materials, capturing notes, and tracking follow-up actions through completion.
• Knowledge of expense reporting practices and attention to policy compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across administrative, event, and project-based responsibilities.
Compensation
