Position Summary
The Integration & Technical Operations Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Integration Department and supervising technicians responsible for device imaging, software deployment, hardware configuration, testing, provisioning, quality review, and customer staging activities.
The Integration team name reflects the department. The primary function of this position is people leadership, production coordination, and operational execution.
This position leads technicians, coordinates production schedules, works directly with Project Managers and Project Coordinators, partners with warehouse and shipping teams, and ensures customer projects move efficiently through staging, configuration, quality review, and shipment.
The role requires a leader who can motivate teams, manage priorities, remove barriers, and maintain accountability while balancing customer expectations, operational demands, and production schedules.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop Integration Technicians and supporting personnel while maintaining accountability for attendance, performance, productivity, engagement, and daily execution.
• Manage workforce activities including work assignments, production priorities, employee development, performance discussions, staffing needs, and operational coverage.
• Coordinate daily production activities supporting device staging, software deployment, imaging, provisioning, testing, quality review, and customer delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Warehouse Operations, Shipping and Receiving, and customers to ensure equipment, resources, and timelines align with production requirements.
• Monitor production workflows, assign work through operational systems, track progress, and remove obstacles impacting quality, schedule performance, or customer commitments.
• Maintain operational standards, documentation, quality processes, and continuous improvement efforts while supporting technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, Military Science, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in production, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, technical operations, military operations, deployment environments, or similar operational settings.
• Minimum of three years of direct people management experience required.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced operational environments with responsibility for productivity, schedules, workforce coordination, and execution.
• Experience working across multiple departments including operations, warehouse, shipping, customer teams, project groups, or technical functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Experience in logistics, project coordination, technical staging, production management, customer deployments, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Military leadership, logistics, maintenance, communications, operational planning, or deployment experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Military leadership experience strongly preferred.
Background in logistics, deployment operations, maintenance management, communications systems, production leadership, warehouse operations, or technical supervision.
Experience supporting device staging, configuration, imaging, software deployment, provisioning, or customer technology implementations.
Project coordination or project management experience a plus but not required.
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process improvement, or continuous improvement experience a plus but not required.
Technical Knowledge
Working understanding of Windows, Linux, and Apple operating environments.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and bandwidth utilization.
Understanding of software deployment, imaging, provisioning, and staging processes.
Ability to communicate technical information to operational and non-technical audiences.

Working Conditions
Combination of warehouse, office, customer-facing, and production environments.
Frequent movement throughout warehouse and staging areas.
Occasional lifting and movement of devices and equipment.
