We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a leading company in the drink and beverages industry. This is a Long-term Contract opportunity for a talent specialist who can manage recruiting activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate and high-volume hiring while building positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned openings, from intake discussions and talent sourcing to interview coordination and offer support.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align on effective hiring strategies.
• Screen applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open roles within a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the selection process.
• Track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and keep records accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support high-volume hiring needs while balancing quality, speed, and a strong candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and assist with workflow or system-related updates when needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume hiring environments.
• Demonstrated success managing full cycle recruiting across multiple open positions at once.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates through various channels.
• Experience working within an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills in a deadline-driven setting.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
