Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end hiring activities for a wide range of positions, including leadership, sales, marketing, operations, creative, and corporate functions.
• Design and refine recruiting processes, interview structures, and hiring standards to improve consistency, speed, and quality across the organization.
• Build strong pipelines of candidates with relevant experience through direct outreach, industry networks, employee referrals, and external search partners.
• Partner with executives and hiring leaders to identify talent needs, align on selection criteria, and support workforce growth plans.
• Represent the organization in the market by helping elevate its employer presence and delivering a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience.
• Lead searches for critical and difficult-to-fill roles while applying thorough assessment methods and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
• Contribute to broader talent acquisition planning by helping expand internal recruiting capabilities and supporting long-term hiring initiatives.
Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including time spent leading hiring efforts or mentoring others.• Demonstrated success recruiting sales talent and sales leaders within performance-focused, metrics-driven environments.
• Ability to recruit effectively across multiple functions and seniority levels, including strategic and leadership positions.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building relationships and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience improving recruiting operations, workflows, and hiring practices to support scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working closely with executive leadership.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and high-volume recruiting environments.
• Background in high-growth, founder-led, consulting, media, SaaS, agency, or similarly fast-paced business settings is strongly preferred.
Compensation
