I’m working with a highly respected real estate investment firm to hire an HR Generalist supporting a multi-state team (~150 employees).
What you’ll do:
- Own the full employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance)
- Support payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Partner across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years HR Generalist experience
- Strong CA payroll + employment law knowledge
- HRIS experience (ADP/Paycom a plus)
- Excel + tech-savvy; HR certification preferred
