Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Ready to be the heartbeat of the office and make a lasting first impression? We’re seeking an energetic, polished, and highly organized bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to lead front-desk operations for a thriving construction company.

This is a contract opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with people, and can keep communication flowing seamlessly across both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and teams.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a standout first impression by greeting guests, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth—in both English and Spanish
• Manage a busy, multi-line phone system, confidently handling and directing calls in both languages
• Keep communication and operations running smoothly by coordinating mail, packages, and courier services (FedEx, etc.)
• Stay ahead of the game by monitoring office supplies and ensuring teams have what they need to stay productive
• Coordinate employee apparel orders, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely delivery
• Provide hands-on administrative support to HR, assisting with daily operations and special projects
• Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming front office that reflects the company’s professionalism

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)

A people-first attitude with exceptional customer service skills

The ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
