What You’ll Do
- Process and post invoices accurately and on time
- Match invoices with purchase orders and verify quantities, pricing, and coding
- Ensure invoices are charged to the correct general ledger account, job number, and cost code
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through phone and email communication
- Reconcile statements and resolve missing or unmatched transactions
- Process weekly payments and ensure vendors are paid according to terms
- Maintain subcontracts, change orders, lien waivers, and related documentation
- Update invoice and vendor information
- Support teammates as needed to help the department stay on track

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Accounting or at least 2 years of related experience
- Construction accounting or job cost experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- A team player with high integrity and a strong work ethic
- Someone who is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow
Compensation
