Job Description:

Robert Half Legal is supporting a large public entity in New York on a fully remote legal project. Our client is expanding their team for 2026 and seeking talented legal professionals to support key initiatives and contribute to a high‑impact workflow.

This project requires full‑time availability, Monday–Friday, during standard EST business hours.

Project Details

• Start Date: July/ August
• Duration: 12 months, with potential extension
• Pay Rate: $25.00- 26.80/hour
• Location: Fully remote (all technology provided)
• Schedule: 40 hours/week; standard EST business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including settlement agreements and memoranda
• Receive, review, and route incoming complaints
• File Motions of Appearance
• Support scheduling, status conferences, and related administrative coordination
• Assist with incoming calls and written communications
• Perform additional legal or administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and prior paralegal experience (required)
• Ability to commit to a year‑long engagement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• High technical aptitude and comfort navigating multiple software platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to receive and implement feedback
