Director of Talent Sourcing & Development
Responsibilities:
• Lead HR programs that support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development across the business
• Provide direction on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and performance-related concerns
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration to help ensure competitive offerings, accurate processes, and a positive employee experience
• Manage core human resources operations, including policy administration, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable employment regulations
• Partner with leadership to develop talent sourcing and people strategies that support hiring needs and long-term business objectives
• Evaluate HR processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality, including support for platform-related updates when needed
• Use HR data and reporting insights to inform decisions related to staffing, retention, compensation, and workforce trends
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of progressive human resources leadership experience• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and employment law compliance
• Experience using UKG Pro in a human resources environment
• Ability to advise leaders with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
