Compensation Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and present data to support informed compensation decisions and recommendations.
• Ensure the organization’s compensation programs align with business objectives and industry standards.
• Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and evaluate job roles to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Prepare cost analyses and projections for annual reviews, equity assessments, and other pay-related activities.
• Partner with internal teams to address compensation concerns, offer guidance, and develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to create career ladders and advancement opportunities for employees.
• Develop and update job descriptions to accurately reflect responsibilities and meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate grading, titles, and classifications.
• Support special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Stay informed about legislative changes and best practices in compensation to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in compensation analysis, including salary surveys and market benchmarking.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Proficiency in compensation tools, systems, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with developing job descriptions and conducting role evaluations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
