Workplace Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management
- Support employee experience through office events, onboarding, and workspace setup
- Partner with leadership on workplace initiatives and communication
- Manage office requests, service tickets, and workplace logistics
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment

- Start-up experience
- 2+ years of administrative, office, or workplace coordination experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
