Required Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Licensed Journeyman Electrician with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation or other state, OR four years of job-related experience, and training.

It will require background checks, including, but not limited to, criminal history and other security-related screenings. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of these checks. Major/Essential Functions
- Performs PM, inspections, and repairs as required on electrical systems and equipment in assigned areas.
- Monitors CHAPII emergency generator testing and verifies operations of the building after text is complete.
- Performs preventative maintenance repairs and/or replaces transformers, motors, appliances, automatic switches, circuit breakers, buzzers, bells, and closed TV circuits.
- Inspects work for conformance to standard trade practices.
- Secures necessary supplies and materials as required.

- 2 years of experience as an electrician.
