HR Sourcer
We are looking for an HR Sourcer to support a high-volume hiring period for a hi-tech engineering operation in Boulder, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position focuses on building strong candidate pipelines for General Labor roles while helping the team move efficiently through the recruitment process. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in sourcing, coordination, and HR administration, along with the ability to manage communication and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for General Labor openings by using targeted sourcing strategies and proactive outreach.
• Partner with hiring teams to understand role needs, align on candidate profiles, and support timely progress across active requisitions.
• Coordinate interviews by managing calendars, confirming availability, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and key updates using tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, and Outlook.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks related to recruitment while maintaining accurate records and organized documentation.
• Communicate with candidates through clear and well-structured email correspondence, sharing next steps, interview details, and follow-up information.
• Help maintain compliance with hiring policies and HR procedures throughout the sourcing and interview process.
• Assist with recruitment-related data entry and workflow updates in ADP Workforce Now and other internal systems as needed
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting support, or HR coordination.• Hands-on experience identifying candidates for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles across technical and operational job categories.
• Working knowledge of HR administration, employee relations fundamentals, and recruiting compliance practices.
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook in a workplace setting.
• Ability to schedule interviews, manage multiple priorities, and keep hiring activity organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to handle candidate outreach and email correspondence professionally.
• Careful approach with strong follow-through and accuracy in recordkeeping and recruitment tracking.
Compensation
