Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager

Minneapolis manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team for a full-time position. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience of full-cycle accounts payable processing, 3-way matching, corporate cards, T& E, vendor managment as well as 3+ years of hands-on management with direct oversight of a team of 3+ accounts payable specialists. .

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a detail-focused accounting environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience overseeing accounts payable staff.
• Strong knowledge of invoice coding, three-way matching, check processing, ACH payments, and expense-related reimbursements.
• Experience administering corporate card programs and handling travel and expense transactions.
• Ability to manage vendor communications effectively and resolve account discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working with accounting systems and transaction data.
• Solid attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to balance accuracy with deadline-driven workloads.

Compensation

$70,000.00-$85,000.00 Yearly
