Sr. Marketing Manager

Compensation: $150 to $155 Yearly

We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to shape and deliver integrated B2B programs that expand market presence and generate measurable business impact. This role will guide multi-channel initiatives across awareness, engagement, demand generation, and post-sale support while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, excellent collaboration skills, and a data-focused mindset developed in complex marketing environments, ideally within SaaS or technology.

Responsibilities:
• Design and lead integrated B2B marketing programs across digital and offline channels to support business objectives and partner commitments.
• Work closely with campaign, content, sales, and subject matter experts to build coordinated go-to-market plans that increase visibility, strengthen engagement, and drive pipeline growth.
• Shape thought leadership initiatives by developing themes and supporting assets such as webinars, research pieces, articles, presentations, social content, and event programming.
• Oversee execution of marketing initiatives from planning through launch, including creation of briefs, coordination of timelines, and alignment across stakeholders using project management tools.
• Review and approve campaign and content deliverables to ensure messaging is on-brand, audience-relevant, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Manage budget allocation across programs, prioritize investment in high-value activities, and assess performance to improve return on marketing spend.
• Partner with sales and services teams to identify market trends, customer challenges, and opportunities to position solutions effectively.
• Prepare performance updates and executive-ready presentations for stakeholders and partner reviews, translating campaign results into actionable insights.
• Contribute hands-on support for content development and demand generation activities when needed to keep programs moving toward targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading B2B marketing strategy and execution in a complex organization.
• Strong background in campaign planning and managing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate priorities, timelines, and cross-functional contributors.
• Experience developing thought leadership content and market-facing programs that support brand visibility and demand generation.
• Ability to use performance data and KPIs to guide planning, optimize results, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with sales, content, and partner teams.
• Familiarity with technology or SaaS marketing environments is strongly preferred.

Compensation

$150,000.00-$155,000.00 Yearly
