Treasury Operations Head

Compensation: $170 to $180 Yearly

We are looking for an accomplished Treasury Operations Head to lead a broad financial operations function in Lake Mary, Florida. This position oversees treasury operations while also providing leadership across accounts payable and accounts receivable, with a strong focus on building an efficient, high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings sharp business judgment, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to guide cross-functional decisions through strong analysis and clear communication.

Responsibilities:
• Direct treasury operations alongside accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate execution and strong day-to-day financial control.
• Lead and develop a multi-functional team, including direct reports and remote support, by setting clear expectations, coaching talent, and promoting accountability.
• Shape the strategic direction of the function by identifying priorities, defining operational goals, and creating a practical roadmap for team success.
• Drive process enhancements that improve scalability, efficiency, and service quality across cash management and transaction-related workflows.
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as commercial and procurement teams, as well as external customers and vendors, to resolve issues and strengthen collaboration.
• Use financial and operational data to evaluate trends, identify performance drivers, and support informed decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and related treasury activities to help maintain liquidity visibility and support business planning.
• Manage competing deadlines and operational demands while fostering a resilient, solutions-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate treasury, or closely related financial operations roles.
• Demonstrated background leading treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting and broader cash management responsibilities.
• Proven success managing teams and developing talent within a fast-paced finance or operations environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial performance, diagnose issues, and recommend effective action plans.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls, and scalability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Capacity to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight in a deadline-driven setting.

Compensation

$170,000.00-$180,000.00 Yearly
