Safety Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks that support office and safety-related operations within a construction environment.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous front-line support to internal and external contacts.
• Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy to ensure documentation remains current and accessible.
• Welcome visitors and handle reception responsibilities while maintaining a detail-focused and organized office presence.
• Prepare, file, and organize forms, reports, and other business documents needed for daily operations.
• Coordinate with team members to track information, follow up on outstanding items, and keep administrative workflows moving efficiently.
• Support general office activities such as scheduling, correspondence, and document distribution to assist multiple departments as needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or similar role.• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls and provide attentive receptionist-style support.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience performing administrative duties in an office setting with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in the construction industry or supporting construction-related operations.
• Proficiency in organizing documents, managing priorities, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented approach.
Compensation
