Sr. Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Analyze monthly financial results across multiple sites and translate findings into clear performance insights for leadership.
• Research significant fluctuations in revenue, costs, and margins, then prepare explanations and recommendations for management review.
• Oversee reporting and analytics platforms, ensuring dashboards and related tools remain reliable, accurate, and useful for business users.
• Review underlying data for completeness and consistency to help identify operational trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Provide managers with KPI reporting, ad hoc analysis, and decision-support metrics that guide day-to-day and strategic planning.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process by assisting with forecasts, assumptions, and financial planning models.
• Work cross-functionally with finance and operations teams to assess profitability, evaluate customer pricing, and support special analytical projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis, financial modeling, and ad hoc business analysis.
• Strong experience using Power BI or Tableau to build reports, visualize trends, and support decision-making.
• Solid understanding of data validation practices and the ability to work with large datasets accurately.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial findings to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Compensation
