Manager of Direct Hire Placements
Responsibilities:
• Lead permanent placement recruiting operations and drive consistent performance against revenue, productivity, and pricing objectives.
• Manage a full desk by developing new business, nurturing client partnerships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to a small team, setting clear expectations, offering coaching, and encouraging accountability.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain team members to build a strong and effective practice group.
• Monitor market activity and hiring trends to identify opportunities, adjust strategy, and support business expansion.
• Foster strong collaboration across internal teams while resolving issues involving staff, clients, and candidates in a thoughtful manner.
• Conduct team meetings, share feedback, recognize achievements, and create an environment that supports engagement and performance.
• Promote client retention and growth by delivering responsive service and developing long-term relationships built on trust.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting, talent solutions, or a related field.• Previous success working a full desk in an agency recruiting environment is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate business and lead client development efforts that contribute to revenue growth.
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiting staff, with a track record of improving team performance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills in both client-facing and internal settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, recruiting databases, and other workplace technology tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Compensation
