Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and replenishment planning.
• Supervise and support two direct reports, providing direction to the logistics and purchasing function and the warehouse inventory lead.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with approximately 50 vendors to improve service levels, pricing, and supply continuity.
• Monitor inventory across a broad catalog of roughly 700 unique items, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing shortages or excess materials.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data to improve input usage, streamline workflows, and strengthen overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate shipping and distribution activities to meet customer expectations for a varied range of food and sauce products.
• Use QuickBooks Desktop to manage purchasing records, inventory updates, and reporting that supports sound operational decisions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues, adjust priorities, and maintain smooth day-to-day execution in a roll-up-your-sleeves environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in supply chain management with responsibility for purchasing, logistics, and inventory operations.• Demonstrated ability to lead team members and manage daily execution in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop for purchasing, inventory tracking, or related operational processes.
• Strong background in inventory control, stock accuracy, and coordination across multiple SKUs or product lines.
• Experience developing and managing vendor relationships to support quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and implement practical solutions.
• Clear communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Compensation
