Our client, a high-volume defense firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney (2+ years) to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an associate who wants hands-on experience, real mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a strong trial attorney.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation
- Work directly with partners on case strategy and client communication
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of litigation experience (defense preferred)
- Active California Bar license
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
- Desire to gain trial experience and grow as a litigator

Qualifications:
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in civil litigation, ideally with a focus on defense work.
• Hold an active California Bar license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing high-volume caseloads.
• Exhibit strong skills in legal research, drafting motions, and conducting depositions.
• Have experience with trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic and team-oriented personality.
• Show commitment to delivering high-quality work under deadlines.
• Bring a proactive and driven approach to handling complex legal matters.
