Program Manager (Contract)

Client is looking for Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key programs and initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure program goals are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of assigned programs and initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external partners
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and funding requirements
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies across programs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience working in nonprofit, social services, or government-funded programs preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with early childhood education programs or child care services
• Experience managing federally or state-funded programs
• Knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements in nonprofit settings
