Production Designer
Responsibilities:
• Adapt approved creative concepts into multiple production-ready formats for print, digital, environmental, and venue applications
• Resize, revise, and version artwork to meet a range of specifications while preserving design quality and brand consistency
• Partner with design and marketing teams to interpret project needs and translate them into final deliverables
• Prepare organized, accurate files for output using Adobe Creative Suite and established production standards
• Support arena and organizational design requests by converting existing creative into usable assets for different mediums
• Manage multiple assignments at once, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities in a high-volume workflow
• Review layouts carefully to ensure accuracy in dimensions, formatting, and visual presentation before release
• Collaborate onsite with a small creative team, incorporating feedback efficiently and contributing to a team-oriented process
Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in production design, graphic design, or a closely related creative role• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including the ability to prepare and modify production files
• Demonstrated skill in resizing, versioning, and adapting artwork across a variety of formats and dimensions
• Ability to work onsite in Inglewood, California at least three days per week
• Solid understanding of layout accuracy, file organization, and brand consistency in a production environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and marketing stakeholders
• Portfolio showcasing production-focused design work and adaptation of creative assets for multiple applications
