Project Assistant
Operations & Reporting Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Reporting Specialist to join their team and provide critical back-office support. This position offers a unique blend of reporting, data analysis, process improvement, and administrative operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both analytical and hands-on work.
What You'll Do
- Pull, compile, and analyze reports from multiple systems
- Export and manipulate data in Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and missing information
- Investigate and resolve reporting and system-related issues
- Perform data entry and system updates with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain customer warranty and service program records
- Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, formulas, filtering, sorting, and duplicate identification
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Assist with incoming mail processing and other administrative functions
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Identify process improvements and proactively recommend solutions
- Provide guidance and support to newer team members when needed

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze data and investigate discrepancies independently

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reporting, operations, data management, or administrative support
- Background in team leadership, training, mentoring, or coordinating work among team members
- Experience working with multiple databases, systems, or reporting platforms

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, sales support, or a similar office-based role.• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to enter, track, and manage data accurately.
• Fast and precise typing skills with a consistent focus on data quality.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or incomplete information quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic in a fully onsite setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general office systems, with the flexibility to assist on special projects as needed.
Compensation
