HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
• Build candidate pipelines for roles within trucking, transportation, or other closely related industries.
• Present job opportunities in a clear and compelling way so candidates understand responsibilities, expectations, and career potential.
• Maintain a steady recruitment pace by bringing in an average of five experienced recruits each week.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and recruitment updates with strong attention to detail.
• Track applicant activity and recruitment progress using applicant tracking systems, including proprietary and other ATS platforms.
• Work independently with minimal oversight while remaining accountable for recruiting goals and measurable outcomes.
• Support a positive candidate experience by staying patient, responsive, and organized throughout longer recruitment timelines.
Qualifications:
**Recruiting experience is NOT required - although preferred; experience working in in the transportation, trucking, and/or logistics industry is a must.**
• Ability to source talent, conduct interviews, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain job opportunities effectively to prospective hires.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working autonomously without close supervision while still meeting hiring expectations.
Compensation
