Human Resources (HR) Manager
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with regional and operational leadership to align staffing plans and people strategies with business priorities.
• Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations issues, performance discussions, workplace concerns, and effective coaching approaches.
• Work closely with recruiting partners to support recruitment activity and improve employee retention across the organization.
• Coordinate onboarding, development, and training efforts that help employees build skills and advance in their roles.
• Promote engagement initiatives and help sustain a positive workplace culture during periods of organizational change.
• Manage workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions for sensitive employee matters.
• Lead presentations, facilitate training sessions, and contribute to recurring meetings focused on safety and employee communication.
• Support annual HR processes such as performance evaluations, goal planning, benefits enrollment, and recognition programs.
• Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to apply policies and practices consistently while supporting daily HR operations and maintaining accurate HRIS records.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in human resources management with strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration.• Ability to guide leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration and annual HR programs such as reviews and enrollment activities.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee information.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead training and group sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic business support with day-to-day HR responsibilities.
Compensation
