UKG WFM Report Developer

We are looking for an experienced UKG Workforce Management Report Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will design and develop advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights, leveraging tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, this position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and optimize data visualization solutions for business decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Optimize report layouts, filters, and formats for seamless data presentation.
• Integrate workforce data from multiple systems to create comprehensive reports.
• Ensure all reporting solutions adhere to data governance and compliance standards.
• Configure and utilize UKG Pro modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll.
• Produce clear and actionable insights to support workforce management strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting tools.
• Provide technical expertise to enhance the functionality of reporting platforms.
• Maintain and update reporting configurations to align with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in UKG Pro modules, including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll.
• Advanced knowledge of Looker, LookML, Power BI, or Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Hands-on experience in querying and manipulating data across various sources.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and present workforce data effectively.
• At least 5 years of experience working with UKG software, such as Kronos Workforce Central or Dimensions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dashboard development using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with client-side scripting, API development, and Salesforce development is a plus.

Compensation

$66.50-$77.00 Hourly
