Photo Retoucher

We are looking for a Photo Retoucher to support high-quality image production for a construction-focused organization. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can enhance, refine, and prepare visual assets with strong attention to detail and a creative eye. The role will focus on producing consistent, high-quality imagery that aligns with brand and project standards while collaborating with internal teams on photo presentation needs.

Responsibilities:
• Retouch and refine digital images to achieve clean, accurate, and visually compelling final results.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and related editing tools to adjust color, lighting, composition, and overall image quality.
• Prepare photo assets for a range of business uses, ensuring consistency across marketing, project, and presentation materials.
• Apply photo styling techniques to improve visual impact while maintaining realism and brand alignment.
• Review images carefully for imperfections, correcting flaws and enhancing details with precision.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand visual expectations and deliver edits that meet project objectives.
• Organize and manage image files efficiently to support smooth production workflows and timely delivery.
• Incorporate AI-supported editing tools where appropriate to improve speed, quality, and creative output.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in photo retouching and detail-focused image editing.

• Strong proficiency with Gemini, Topaz, and Nano Banana .

• Ability to apply photo styling techniques with a strong sense of composition and visual balance.

• Familiarity with AI-based creative or editing tools used in image production workflows.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality across a high volume of visual assets.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
