Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage general administrative tasks to help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Welcome visitors and serve as a detail-oriented first point of contact for incoming calls and front desk inquiries.
• Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with purchase order processing and other light accounting-related administrative support.
• Coordinate office documents, schedules, and routine communications across the team.
• Support reception coverage and handle general clerical duties as needed.
• Use Windows-based applications and G-Suite tools to prepare documents, track information, and organize workflow.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist capacity.• Prior experience answering inbound calls and interacting courteously with visitors or customers.
• Working knowledge of data entry practices with strong attention to accuracy.
• Familiarity with purchase orders or light accounting support tasks.
• Proficiency with Windows applications and G-Suite.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple administrative priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work 3 to 5 days per week in an office setting that requires strong attention to detail.
Compensation
