Customer Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and respond with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-focused approach.
• Arrange service and project appointments through ServiceTitan while ensuring scheduling details are complete and accurate.
• Track new inquiries and customer requests, following established procedures to move each item through the proper workflow.
• Partner closely with dispatch, field personnel, and other team members to maintain coverage and support efficient daily operations.
• Record customer conversations, appointment updates, and follow-up activities in the appropriate system with strong attention to detail.
• Provide timely updates to customers through phone and email correspondence to keep communication clear and consistent.
• Assist with coordinating service-related needs in an HVAC and construction-oriented environment where priorities may shift quickly.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role.• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while working across several browser windows and systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a detail-oriented and courteous approach.
• Previous experience with email correspondence and customer follow-up in a fast-paced business setting.
• Comfort working in a high-call-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Experience with scheduling or service management software; ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred.
• Background supporting HVAC, construction, trades, or other field service operations is highly valued.
• Dependable attendance, a coachable attitude, and the ability to learn established processes quickly.
Compensation
