HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate personnel files by organizing, reviewing, and processing HR documents in both paper and digital formats.
• Support onboarding activities by preparing employment paperwork, coordinating new employee documentation, and assisting the HR generalist with employee setup tasks.
• Enter and update employee information in HRIS platforms to help ensure records remain complete and current.
• Assist with routine HR administrative functions, including document tracking, filing, and responding to internal requests for support.
• Help uphold confidentiality standards when handling employee information and regulated records.
• Contribute to employee relations support by routing questions appropriately and assisting with administrative follow-up tasks.
• Monitor HR documentation for completeness and escalate missing or inconsistent information when needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting human resources administration in a detail-focused office environment.• Working knowledge of HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee data.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and documentation requirements for new staff.
• Ability to organize large volumes of records while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Understanding of employee relations support practices and appropriate handling of sensitive matters.
• Experience working with confidential information in a regulated environment, including HIPAA-related standards.
• Strong communication, time management, and administrative coordination skills.
