Mass Tort Attorney
Responsibilities:
• Handle plaintiff-side mass tort matters in federal court and support cases that are part of multidistrict litigation proceedings.
• Prepare, revise, and file substantive motions, briefs, and other legal documents that advance case strategy.
• Oversee discovery activities, including written discovery, document review, and coordination of case-related evidence.
• Develop litigation approaches by analyzing facts, legal issues, and procedural requirements in complex civil matters.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and case stakeholders to move matters forward efficiently and effectively.
• Represent client interests throughout the litigation process while maintaining high standards of legal accuracy and advocacy.
Qualifications:
• Active attorney license with authorization to practice in federal court.• At least 3 years of experience handling civil litigation matters.
• Demonstrated background in plaintiff-side litigation.
• Prior experience working on mass tort cases, including multidistrict litigation matters.
• Strong ability to draft motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.
• Experience managing discovery in complex legal cases.
• Excellent legal research, written communication, and analytical skills.
Compensation
