Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar updates to ensure schedules remain accurate and well organized.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and other office communications in a timely manner.
• Prepare, revise, and format business correspondence, reports, and instructional materials with a high degree of accuracy.
• Organize and maintain both digital and paper-based records so information is easy to retrieve and securely stored.
• Support routine bookkeeping tasks, manage account-related documentation, and help keep financial records current.
• Enter information into internal systems, review data for accuracy, and assist with basic reporting or analysis as needed.
• Provide administrative support for meetings and events, including planning logistics and coordinating materials.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchase office supplies, and help maintain an efficient and well-stocked workplace.
• Review and submit expense documentation and arrange business travel in alignment with company procedures.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing administrative support in an office environment.• Proficiency with data entry and maintaining accurate business records.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and provide attentive front-desk or receptionist support.
• Strong written communication skills for preparing correspondence and internal documents.
• Comfortable managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel or events.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience processing expense-related documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Compensation
