What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of administrative, customer support, and professional positions
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process
- Match candidates’ skills, goals, and personalities with the right opportunities
- Conduct phone interviews, reference checks, and onboarding activities
- Maintain candidate records and track recruiting activity in internal systems
- Partner closely with recruiters, account managers, and clients in a collaborative team environment
- Help support urgent hiring needs in a high-volume, fast-moving environment

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, administrative, sales, or leadership experience highly transferable
- Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills preferred
