ATM Project Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep ATM domain expertise to support a large-scale ATM environment. This role is heavily focused on software-related ATM projects, upcoming hardware refresh initiatives, and coordination across internal teams, vendors, and transaction processors.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on ATM SME who understands hardware, middleware, processing, deployments, and software upgrades, and can confidently manage complex, multi-machine initiatives while maintaining strong internal communications
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track ATM software projects, including new features, software update packages, and version upgrades
- Oversee machine-level tracking for upgrades, refreshes, and feature deployments
- Coordinate upcoming hardware refresh projects, including PC core replacements
- Support ATM integration efforts related to an ongoing bank merger, including migration to new transaction processors
- Work closely with vendors, transaction processors, and professional services teams to add and deploy new ATM features
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between ATM teams and enterprise project stakeholders
- Provide clear, timely status updates and ensure alignment across multiple teams

Qualifications:
Required Experience
- 10+ years of ATM-focused project management experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- ATM software and operating environments
- ATM hardware and components
- ATM deployment and upgrade processes
- Transaction processors and vendor integrations
- Experience working in or around an ATM lab environment
- Ability to confidently discuss end-to-end ATM workflows (e.g., PC core replacement, coordination steps, dependencies)
Top Required Skills
- Strong experience with software-related ATM deployments and upgrades
- Solid understanding of ATM hardware components (PC cores, card readers, peripherals)
- Proven ability to stay on track and drive clear, consistent communication across teams
Additional Notes
- This is a technical PM role, not just administrative — deep ATM knowledge is essential
- Projects are primarily software-driven, but hardware understanding is critical
- Role involves extensive cross-team and enterprise-level communication
- Environment is fast-paced

Compensation
