Entry-Level Financial Analyst
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities that help drive business decisions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills, gain exposure to corporate finance processes, and contribute to the organization's financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from multiple sources.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on business performance.
- Create and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Conduct profitability, revenue, expense, and trend analyses.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency within financial operations.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Work Environment
This position typically works in an office or hybrid environment and collaborates closely with finance, accounting, operations, and business leaders. The role provides opportunities for professional growth and development within the finance organization.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting concepts.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in finance, accounting, banking, or a related field.
- Experience with financial software, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Compensation
