Client Services Coordinator

Robert Half is partnering with a service-focused organization to identify a Client Services Coordinator to support inbound customer inquiries and appointment scheduling. This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings a confident phone presence and is comfortable guiding conversations, managing scheduling changes, and working through time-sensitive customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and place selective outbound calls as needed
• Qualify customer needs and guide conversations toward appropriate next steps
• Accurately document call details while speaking with customers
• Schedule appointments and collaborate with internal service teams to keep calendars running smoothly
• Communicate with customers and internal staff to address scheduling changes, availability challenges, and time-sensitive needs
• Assist with light reception and front desk coverage during designated times

Qualifications:

• Background in customer service, call handling, or sales environments
• Comfort de-escalating concerns, navigating objections, and guiding conversations toward solutions
• Confident, professional, and friendly phone presence
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting, experience within a CRM or scheduling platform ideal
• Strong multitasking and real-time documentation skills
• Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented approach
