Client Services Coordinator
Robert Half is partnering with a service-focused organization to identify a Client Services Coordinator to support inbound customer inquiries and appointment scheduling. This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings a confident phone presence and is comfortable guiding conversations, managing scheduling changes, and working through time-sensitive customer needs.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and place selective outbound calls as needed
- Qualify customer needs and guide conversations toward appropriate next steps
- Accurately document call details while speaking with customers
- Schedule appointments and collaborate with internal service teams to keep calendars running smoothly
- Communicate with customers and internal staff to address scheduling changes, availability challenges, and time-sensitive needs
- Assist with light reception and front desk coverage during designated times

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Background in customer service, call handling, or sales environments
- Comfort de-escalating concerns, navigating objections, and guiding conversations toward solutions
- Confident, professional, and friendly phone presence
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting, experience within a CRM or scheduling platform ideal
- Strong multitasking and real-time documentation skills
- Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented approach
